摘要:

内窥镜下睫状体光凝术(endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation, ECP)是微创青光眼手术之一,可在内窥镜直视下观察到睫状突,能精确控制激光能量和部位,是治疗顽固性青光眼的新选择。因可控性好、并发症少、安全性高等特点主要应用于难治性青光眼、绝对期青光眼、先天性青光眼的治疗。近年,对于早、中期青光眼同时合并白内障,行ECP联合白内障治疗,术后眼压控制较好,明显提高了手术成功率。(国际眼科纵览, 2017,  41:   96-100)

Abstract:

Endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation(ECP), as one of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery(MIGS), featured by observing the ciliary process directly and well controlling the laser energy and coagulation spots is regarded as a new option for the management of glaucoma. ECP has the advantages of controllable, less complications and better safety in treatment of refractory glaucoma, absolute glaucoma and congenital glaucoma. ECP combined phacoemulsification is now utilized in treatment of less advanced glaucoma coexisting with cataract in recent years with better outcomes including reduction of intraocular pressure and higher success rate.
